Building the ecosystem around the athlete.

Former India badminton player. Co-founder of Baddyzone Sports Club & Kamat Sports. Operating MKHP Academy across multiple Bengaluru centres. A strategist, not a coach — because the work that wins is the work no one sees.

01About Mohit

A coach works on the athlete. A strategist works on everything around the athlete.

I spent 15 years as a competitive badminton player representing India. Long enough to learn that results are never accidental — they are built from habits, repeated when nobody is watching.

For the last 15+ years I have applied that same discipline to the business of sport, generating seven-figure value across the enterprises I've built. My work is an ecosystem, not a single academy: competitive sport, memberships, business revenue, partnerships, events, recreational programming and high-performance coaching — each measured, each accountable, each feeding the others.

Today I am Co-Founder and Director of Baddyzone Sports Club and Kamat Sports, and I operate MKHP Academy across multiple centres in Bengaluru.

As a TEDx speaker and adjunct faculty in sports management, I've spent years making one case to boardrooms, classrooms and parents alike: sport is not a distraction from life, it is infrastructure for it.
